本标准规定了干旱荒漠风沙区集水保墙节水造林(人工更新）技术的术语和定义、作业设计、树种确定、树种选择、造林整地、造林方法、造林季节、抚育管护、检查验收及技术档案的内容和要求。本标准适用于新疆干旱荒漠风沙区，并具有引洪灌溉条件的国有造林、个体造林和各种形式的合作造林。
This standard stipulates the contents and requirements for terms and definitions, operation design, tree species determination, tree species selection, afforestation site preparation, afforestation methods, afforestation seasons, tending and management, inspection and acceptance, and technical archives of water-collecting, soil moisture-conserving and water-saving afforestation (artificial regeneration) technologies in arid desert and aeolian sandy areas. This standard is applicable to state-owned afforestation, individual afforestation and various forms of cooperative afforestation in the arid desert and aeolian sandy areas of Xinjiang, which are equipped with flood diversion irrigation conditions.
