Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing (RRBS) Data from Gallus gallus Gonadal Tissue

This project contains Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing (RRBS) data from 18 samples of adult male gonadal tissue collected from Green-legged Partridgelike chickens (Gallus gallus), aged 21 weeks. The samples were obtained as part of a three-generation experimental study, focusing on the second (F2) and third (F3) generations. For each generation, three experimental groups were analyzed (three samples per group):(1) Control: eggs were in ovo injected with 0.9% NaCl), (2) eggs were in ovo injected with synbiotic and choline only in F1; (3) eggs were in ovo injected with synbiotic and choline in every generation (F1-F3).
