光学时域微分器主要应用于光计算、光信号处理等领域,针对现代通信系统全光化、高速化、小型化需求,基于非对称马赫泽德干涉仪及定向耦合器,在紧凑的芯片尺寸下实现可调分数阶微分。通过对该结构进行仿真,主要记录了幅频、相频曲线及时域仿真计算结果,数据量20.6MB。

Optical temporal differentiators are primarily utilized in domains such as optical computing and optical signal processing. To address the requirements of all-optical, high-speed, and miniaturized modern communication systems, this type of differentiator achieves tunable fractional-order differentiation within a compact chip footprint by leveraging asymmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometers and directional couplers. The dataset, with a total size of 20.6 MB, mainly records amplitude-frequency curves, phase-frequency curves, and time-domain simulation calculation results derived from simulations of this structure.
