OSU Buoy Group: MAPCOWS - Falkland Ridge at the southern edge of the Argentine Basin

Data from moorings that were in place for at least 6 months in deep water and include meteorological data, pressure records and temperature records gathered by the Oregon State University (OSU) Buoy Group over a span of more than 35 years. In addition, included are a number of electronic (i.e., browser-formatted) data reports.

This dataset relates to current meter records from the Abyssal Boundary Current Studies MAPCOWS Experiment on the Falkland Ridge at the southern edge of the Argentine Basin.

本数据集所用系泊设备均在深水区布设至少6个月，数据由俄勒冈州立大学（Oregon State University, OSU）浮标组历时35年以上采集，涵盖气象数据、压力记录与温度记录。此外，数据集还包含若干电子化（即浏览器格式）数据报告。

本数据集关联阿根廷盆地南缘福克兰海岭上的深渊边界流研究MAPCOWS试验所获取的海流计观测记录。
