Continuum images, continuum visibilities, and system properties (ARKS I)

Continuum images, continuum visibilities and general information for the 24 systems in the ARKS ALMA large program. The zip files contain the continuum images or visibilities of each of the 24 systems in ARKS. 1) visibilities (target_visibilities.zip): It contains ms files with the following name format: name.array.cal.bary.continuum.averaging.corrections.ms name: target name array : ACA, 12m or 12mSB and 12mLB if there are two 12m configurations. cal.bary : indicates that the data is calibrated and in the barycentric reference frame. averaging : frequency- and time-averaged (fav.tav). Line ms files have not been frequency averaged. corrections : this indicates if the visibilities have been corrected by subtracting a SMG (SMGsub), subtracting the continuum in the case of line observations (contsub) and by applying phase centre shifts, amplitude offsets and weights rescaling (corrected). For continuum, it is recommended to use target.array.cal.bary.continuum.fav.tav.SMGsub.corrected.ms if available This directory also contains visibility tables for the continuum as text files with the name format name.array.continuum.averaging.corrections.txt It is recommended to use name.array.continuum.fav.tav.SMGsub.corrected.txt if available. If not, use name.array.continuum.fav.tav.corrected.txt For HD107146, there are ms and .txt files for band 6 and 7 data that include a 'b6' or 'b7' tag. 2) images (target_images.zip) : It contains fits files of clean images combining the different arrays with the following name format name.combined.corrections.briggs.robust.Npix.dpix. + fits or pb.fits. robust: is the robust parameter used for imaging (the higher it is the lower the resolution and higher S/N). Npix : Number of pixel along RA and DEC. dpix : pixel size in arcseconds pb.fits contains primary beam images. For some systems, there may be images with an additional tag, such as 1.0arcsec, meaning that this image has been smoothed or tapered with a 1" beam. The images for HD107146 end in tt0.fits or tt0.pb.fits as those images were produced using the multifrequency mode to account for the spectral index. The table "ARKS_summary_table" contains information about each system, including stellar properties, disc properties and details about the ALMA observations. It can be imported as a pandas dataframe.
