Supplementary Dataset: The Impact of Industrial Metaverse on IT/OT Integration in the Sphere of Data Sharing in Resilient Manufacturing

This supplementary dataset supports the research presented in "The Impact of Industrial Metaverse on IT/OT Integration in the Sphere of Data Sharing in Resilient Manufacturing". It contains the details of the scientific works that we obtained via systematic literature research. The dataset comprises of 399 scientific entries (370 scientific works at the beginning of the screening phase and 29 gathered from the backward and forward search) separated into the following columns: ‘Author(s) / Editor(s) / Conference Chair(s)’, ‘Title’, ‘Year’, ‘DOI’, ‘Status’, and 'Field of interest of the included studies'. The ‘Status’ column corresponds to the papers that were included or excluded from the composition of our study. The 'Field of interest of the included studies' specifies the field of the particular papers, which also influences our topic. The dataset facilitates further analysis and provides a clear overview of the undertaken systematic literature research.
