资源简介:
The Laurel project aims to generate insights into regional variations in integrated long-term care (I-LTC) provision and support solutions across Europe. These findings will inform actionable policies to address rising demand, economic constraints, accessibility, affordability, service quality, workforce shortages, and systemic reforms.
This database was developed within the first stage of the Laurel Project to identify and investigate practices using I-LTC models or solutions, with attention to regional differences and gender dimensions in care provision. Data were collected from February to December 2025, following the FLINT framework (www.laurelproject.eu/flint/) as the guiding structure for the process. Via the Laurel Consortium networks, 50 practices were invited to participate in the investigation phase of the project. A mixed-methods approach was applied, combining survey data and qualitative data collected through focus groups. Seventeen practices completed the full investigation process and constitute the dataset included in this database.
The database contains cross-country, country-level, and case-setting information structured according to the FLINT domains: people and communities; workforce and service delivery; organisation of care; ICT and systems; finance; and governance. This resource contributes to the characterisation of I-LTC services and understanding of how they are organised and delivered across different European contexts.
