Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Forest massif of L. 321-6 of the forest code in the Alpes de Haute-Provence

Forest massifs delimited for the prevention of forest fires pursuant to Article L. 321-6 (1st alinea) and Articles R 321-15 to R. 321-25 of the Forest Code. Forest massifs (see definition Annex 2 of circular DERF/SDF/C2002-3017 of 24 September 2002) are defined when drawing up the plan for the protection of forests against fire, based on a risk study at departmental or regional level (see Circular DGFAR/SDFB/C2004-5007 of 26 March 2004). Article L321.6-1st paragraph applies to forest areas located in Aquitaine, Corsica, Languedoc-Roussillon, Midi-Pyrénées, Poitou-Charentes, PACA, and the departments of Ardèche and Drome.为森林防火目的，依据《法国森林法》第L. 321-6条（第一段）及第R. 321-15条至第R. 321-25条划定的森林区块。 森林区块的定义详见2002年9月24日发布的通告DERF/SDF/C2002-3017之附件2；其划定需在编制森林防火规划时，以省级或区级风险研究为基础，相关规范详见2004年3月26日发布的通告DGFAR/SDFB/C2004-5007。 第L. 321-6条第一段适用于以下区域的林区：阿基坦、科西嘉、朗格多克-鲁西永、南部-比利牛斯、普瓦图-夏朗德、普罗旺斯-阿尔卑斯-蓝色海岸（PACA），以及阿尔代什省和德龙省。
