專利公告公報書目(多頁式掃描檔)

依專利法第36條規定，應將申請審查之事實刊載於專利公報。依此公開程序開放專利公告公報書目資料，公開核准專利之申請人、發明人及代理人姓名、發明摘要、申請專利範圍等項目，以多頁式掃描影像TIFF檔呈現。

Pursuant to Article 36 of the Patent Act, the facts of a patent application under examination shall be published in the Patent Gazette. Pursuant to this publication procedure, the bibliographic data in the patent announcement gazette is made publicly available, disclosing specific items including the names of the applicant, inventor and patent agent of the approved patent, the invention abstract, and the scope of patent claims, all presented as multi-page scanned TIFF image files.
