Transcriptional analysis of differential immune and inflammatory responses to Sarcoptes scabiei infestation in a porcine model

Transriptomic analysis of the skin immune response to Sarcoptes scabiei infestation in pigs with different clinical manifestations of scabies. Four biological replicates each from non-infested control, ordinary scabies and crusted scabies were compared by microarray at baseline week 0, and at weeks 1, 2, 4 and 8 post-infestation. The Agilent A-GEOD-10162 Porcine Gene Expression Microarray 4 x 44K was used. Gene lists were generated following array QC, normalisation and two way ANOVA comparing CS vs OS, CS vs control and OS vs control groups.

本数据集针对表现出不同疥疮临床表现的猪，开展疥螨（Sarcoptes scabiei）感染后的皮肤免疫应答转录组学分析。实验设置非感染对照组、普通疥疮（ordinary scabies，OS）组与结痂性疥疮（crusted scabies，CS）组，每组均包含4个生物学重复；分别在感染前基线周0，以及感染后第1、2、4、8周，通过微阵列（microarray）技术开展组间比较。本实验采用安捷伦A-GEOD-10162猪基因表达微阵列4×44K完成检测。后续通过芯片质量控制（QC）、标准化处理及双向方差分析（two-way ANOVA），对比CS与OS、CS与对照组、OS与对照组三组样本，最终生成基因列表。
