资源简介:
In this study, using advanced microscopy, in vivo/in vitro omics experiments and in silico molecular modelling, the long-lasting response to a single exposure of different lung cell types to nanomaterial was determined. The information was further used to build a predictive algorithm that would allow identification of nanomaterials that have the potential to induce inflammation. Overall design: This experiment examined the the lung transcriptomic responses to single intratracheal instillation of Cube TiO2NPs. Four different doses were selected: 0, 18, 54, or 162 µg/animal. Samples were collected at day 1, and day 28 post-exposure.
