This dataset is for predicting the norm control decisions of the Turkish Constitutional Court, containing publicly available court decision texts. These texts have been meticulously preprocessed to prevent data leakage and are used to train Transformer models for binary classification to predict the courts decisions on the annulment or rejection of legislation. The dataset also supports the use of Explainable AI techniques to analyze the models focus in predictions.
