City of Frankfurt (Oder)-Building Plan BP-93-005 “Technologiepark Frankfurt (Oder), 1.Change”

The city of Frankfurt (Oder) has its construction plans and the land use plan (status: 2011) Make XPlanning compliant. As part of this measure, the plans with tools from the AED-SYNERGIS were newly recorded and exported as XPlanGML. In addition to the XPlan-compliant preparation of the plans, the aim of the preparation is also the provision of information about geoservices on the Internet. The vectorisation of the data was carried out according to the method according to N.2.1 of the specifications “XPlan-compliant recording of data of the planning management planning” of the Brandenburg State Office for Construction and Traffic Recording with the recording quality in accordance with 2.1.3 “Description” and the recording depth according to point 2.2 of the Specifications pursuant to 2.2.3 “all plan contents”.奥德河畔法兰克福市已完成其2011年版建设规划与土地利用规划的X规划（XPlanning）合规化改造。作为该工作举措的组成部分，项目团队借助AED-SYNERGIS工具套件对规划文件进行了全新数字化录入，并将其导出为XPlanGML格式文件。除实现规划的XPlan合规化编制外，本次编制工作的另一目标是对外提供互联网地理服务相关信息。本次数据矢量化工作严格遵循勃兰登堡州建设与交通记录局发布的《规划管理数据XPlan合规化录入规范》中N.2.1条款规定的方法开展，录入质量符合该规范2.1.3条“描述”款的要求，录入深度则遵循规范中2.2.3条“全部规划内容”款下的第2.2小节的相关规定。
