**Overview** This data package contains information on genetic associations in aging and all genes related to aging, senescence and longevity both in humans and animals. **Description** This data package contains datasets on genetic associations in aging including all genes related to aging or longevity in humans, animals and common model organisms in aging as human homologs as well as genetic associations of gene expression signatures of aging from a meta-analysis of microarray studies in various mammals. All Genes Related to Aging from The Human Dataset include a list of all genes related to aging in humans such as GenAge ID, symbol, aliases, name, Entrez gene id, SwissProt/UniProt, band, location start, location end, orientation, enzyme acetyl-CoA carboxylase promoter, orf, CDs, references and orthologs. Common Model Organisms in Aging as Human Homologs include a list of genes with a common ancestral DNA sequence with humans. Genes Related to Human Aging from Microarray Studies in Mammals include a database of genetic associations of gene expression signatures of aging from a meta-analysis of microarray studies in mammals. Genetic Dietary Restriction (GenDR) Expressions from Studies in Mammals dataset is an informational resource on genes related to dietary restriction (DR), the most powerful non-genetic intervention shown to extend lifespan in a wide range of model organisms.
