Dataset for: Social Withdrawal Risk in Late Childhood Amid Parental Conflict: A Moderated Mediation Model

This dataset supports the research paper titled "Social Withdrawal Risk in Late Childhood Amid Parental Conflict: A Moderated Mediation Model." The data were collected from 1,076 elementary school students (grades 5 and 6) in China using structured questionnaires. The dataset includes variables related to parental conflict, peer relationships, emotional security, social withdrawal behaviors, and demographic information such as age, gender, and only-child status. All data were collected anonymously with informed consent from students, parents, and teachers. Responses were obtained through paper-based surveys administered in classroom settings by trained graduate students. The data have been anonymized and are provided in a clean format for research transparency and reproducibility. This dataset may be useful for researchers studying childhood social development, family dynamics, and mediation/moderation models in developmental psychology.
