Calibrated Hydrographic Data from the Pacific Ocean acquired with a CTD during the Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP0304B (2003)

This data set was acquired with a Sea-Bird SBE-9 CTD during Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP0304B conducted in 2003 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Steve Cande). These data files are of SEASOFT format and include Sound Velocity, Density, Salinity, Turbidity, Oxygen, Pressure, Temperature, and Conductivity data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Production Observation Through Another Translatitudinal Oceanic Expedition (POTATOE) and Late Cretaceous and Cenozoic Reconstructions of the Southwest Pacific, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OPP01-26334, OPP01-26340, ANT01-27022, and ANT03-38317.

本数据集采集自2003年开展的纳撒尼尔·B·帕尔默号（Nathaniel B. Palmer）科考航次NBP0304B，所用设备为Sea-Bird SBE-9型温盐深仪（Conductivity Temperature Depth, CTD），本次航次首席科学家为史蒂夫·坎德博士。本次采集的数据文件采用SEASOFT格式，包含声速、密度、盐度、浊度、溶解氧、压力、温度及电导率数据，且已在数据采集完成后完成处理。本数据集隶属于两项研究项目：跨纬大洋航次生产观测（Production Observation Through Another Translatitudinal Oceanic Expedition, POTATOE）与西南太平洋晚白垩世及新生代地质重建，研究经费由美国国家科学基金会（National Science Foundation, NSF）提供，资助编号为OPP01-26334、OPP01-26340、ANT01-27022及ANT03-38317。
