Natura 2000 indicator of EU (2021)

Natura 2000 is a network of core breeding and resting sites for rare and threatened species, and some rare natural habitat types which are protected in their own right. It stretches across all 27 EU countries, both on land and at sea. The aim of the network is to ensure the long-term survival of Europe's most valuable and threatened species and habitats, listed under both the Birds Directive and the Habitats Directive.自然2000（Natura 2000）是由珍稀与受威胁物种的核心繁殖与停歇地，以及部分本身受保护的珍稀自然栖息地类型构成的保护网络。该网络覆盖欧盟全部27个成员国的陆地与海洋区域。此网络的设立宗旨，在于保障依据《鸟类指令》（Birds Directive）与《生境指令》（Habitats Directive）所收录的欧洲最具价值且受威胁的物种与栖息地的长期存续。
