To ensure faculty members’ active participation in education in response to growing demand, medical schools should clearly describe educational activities in their promotion regulations. This study analyzed the status of how medical education activities are evaluated in promotion regulations in 2022, in Korea.Data were collected from promotion regulations retrieved by searching the websites of 22 medical schools/universities in August 2022.

为适配日益增长的教育需求并保障教职员工积极参与教育工作,医学院校需在其职称晋升规定中明确列明教育活动的相关要求。本研究针对2022年韩国医学院校职称晋升规定中医学教育活动的评价现状开展分析。研究数据来源于2022年8月通过检索22所医学院校/大学官方网站所获取的职称晋升规定文本。
