In order to provide theoretical support for the in-depth exploration of the basis of medicine and food homology properties of CAVA, and to improve the utilization rate of waste resources, CAVA and CADB were carried out in two pre-treatment methods, namely, immersion and ultrasonic-microwave synergy, and were extracted by steam distillation to collect the hydrosol. The volatile components in the hydrosol were enriched and characterized by HS-SPME-GC-MS, with a view to filling the gaps in the relevant research, enhancing the utilization of resources, reducing the wastage of resources, and ultimately laying theoretical foundations for the deep and intensive processing of hydrosols. The experimental materials were harvested on April 20, 2022 from the Citrus aurantium L. planting base of Sichuan Shugeng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. in Sanbanqiao village, Guanyinqiao town, Linshui county, Guang'an city, Sichuan province. It was identified by associate researcher Zhou Xianjian of the Sichuan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the dried flower buds of Citrus aurantium L., a citrus plant of the rutaceae family, and its variant Citrus aurantium 'Daidai'.

为深入探究CAVA药食同源特性的理论基础并提升废弃资源利用率,本研究针对CAVA与CADB分别采用两种预处理方式:浸渍法与超声微波协同法,经水蒸气蒸馏提取并收集水溶胶(hydrosol)。采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)对水溶胶中的挥发性成分进行富集与表征,以期填补相关研究空白、提升资源利用效率并减少资源浪费,最终为水溶胶的深度精加工奠定理论基础。本实验材料于2022年4月20日采自四川省广安市邻水县观音桥镇三板桥村四川蜀耕农业发展有限公司(Sichuan Shugeng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd.)的酸橙种植基地,经四川省中医药科学院周贤剑副研究员鉴定,其为芸香科柑橘属酸橙(Citrus aurantium L.)及其变种代代花(Citrus aurantium 'Daidai')的干燥花蕾。
