The National Water Management Plan is a regulation adopted by the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management on the basis of the 1959 Water Law. Every 6 years, all waters of a certain order of magnitude must be fully recorded.
The starting point for establishing the status of water sections is the inclusion of stress data on water bodies. These include morphological surveys, recording of transverse structures, residual water routes, swamps and dams. The load data is collected as an event record on the current water network.

《国家水管理计划》（National Water Management Plan）系依据1959年《水法》由农业、林业、环境与水管理联邦部长颁布的规范性法规。每6年需对特定规模等级的所有水域开展全面记录工作。确定水体区段现状的核心基准为水体胁迫数据的归集，此类数据涵盖形态学勘测、横向构筑物记录、残留水道、沼泽与水坝相关信息。负荷数据以事件记录的形式，于当前水网中完成采集。
