Data obtained during measurements related to the publication. Intensities of TOF-SIMS signals characteristic for silicon substrate and amino-acids calculated for analysed IgG layers from TOF-SIMS spectra. High resolution TOF-SIMS spectra were recorded with TOF.SIMS 5 instrument (ION-TOF GmbH). WLRS raw data of real-time measurements of layer thickness during IgG immoblization and following capture assay. Spectroscopic Elipsometry data on the thickness of the protein layers after IgG immobilization at different pH conditions. Data on Zeta potential measurements of IgG solution at different pH. Experimental details are available in the related publication.

本数据集包含与该发表文献相关的各项测量实验所得数据。基于飞行时间二次离子质谱(TOF-SIMS,Time-of-Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry)谱图,计算得到硅基底与待测免疫球蛋白G(IgG,Immunoglobulin G)层特征氨基酸对应的TOF-SIMS信号强度。高分辨率TOF-SIMS谱图通过TOF.SIMS 5型仪器(ION-TOF GmbH公司)采集获得。此外还涵盖免疫球蛋白G(IgG,Immunoglobulin G)固定化及后续捕获实验过程中,层厚度实时测量的白光反射光谱(WLRS,White Light Reflectance Spectroscopy)原始数据。不同pH条件下免疫球蛋白G(IgG,Immunoglobulin G)固定化后蛋白质层厚度的光谱椭偏术(Spectroscopic Ellipsometry)测量数据。不同pH条件下免疫球蛋白G(IgG,Immunoglobulin G)溶液的ζ电位(Zeta Potential)测量数据。实验细节可参阅相关发表文献。
