Data on examination of pH-dependent orientation of physisorbed and chemisorbed antibodies on silicon

Data obtained during measurements related to the publication. Intensities of TOF-SIMS signals characteristic for silicon substrate and amino-acids calculated for analysed IgG layers from TOF-SIMS spectra. High resolution TOF-SIMS spectra were recorded with TOF.SIMS 5 instrument (ION-TOF GmbH). WLRS raw data of real-time measurements of layer thickness during IgG immoblization and following capture assay. 本数据集包含与该发表文献相关的各项测量实验所得数据。基于飞行时间二次离子质谱（TOF-SIMS，Time-of-Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry）谱图，计算得到硅基底与待测免疫球蛋白G（IgG，Immunoglobulin G）层特征氨基酸对应的TOF-SIMS信号强度。高分辨率TOF-SIMS谱图通过TOF.SIMS 5型仪器（ION-TOF GmbH公司）采集获得。此外还涵盖免疫球蛋白G（IgG，Immunoglobulin G）固定化及后续捕获实验过程中，层厚度实时测量的白光反射光谱（WLRS，White Light Reflectance Spectroscopy）原始数据。不同pH条件下免疫球蛋白G（IgG，Immunoglobulin G）固定化后蛋白质层厚度的光谱椭偏术（Spectroscopic Ellipsometry）测量数据。不同pH条件下免疫球蛋白G（IgG，Immunoglobulin G）溶液的ζ电位（Zeta Potential）测量数据。实验细节可参阅相关发表文献。
