To better understand cell-cell interactions driving type 2 skin inflammation, we conducted scRNA-seq on two murine models of type 2 skin inflamation, MC903 and Oxazolone (OXA), using the 10X genomics platform Overall design: MC903/OXA treated or normal ear+neck skin were harvested and pooled for each sample (n=3 mice per condition). Briefly, skin samples were digested using the Miltenyi Multi-tissue dissociation kit. Dead cells were removed using the biolegend mojosort mouse dead cell removal kit. scRNA-seq libraries were generated and analyzed in-house using the 10X genomics platform
