Zone d’Aménagement Concertée (ZAC) in the department of Puy-de-Dôme — Continuous update

Concerted planning areas are those areas within which a public authority or a public establishment whose purpose is to intervene in order to carry out or cause to be carried out the development and equipment of the land, in particular those which that community or establishment has acquired or will acquire for the purpose of transferring or subsequently granting it to public or private users. The perimeter and programme of the concerted development area shall be approved by deliberation of the municipal council or the deliberative body of the public institution of intercommunal cooperation. The terms and conditions for the creation and management of the ZACs are mentioned in articles L311-1 et seq. and R311-1 et seq. of the Urban Planning Code.
