WFS service of the urbanisation plan “Truchtelfinger Strasse — 3 rd modification” of the municipality of Bitz, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.比茨（Bitz）市镇城市化规划「特鲁赫特尔芬根大街——第3次修订版」所属的Web要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS）数据集，已按照欧洲空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范完成转换，其依托5.0版本的XPlanung数据集构建。
