Adhesive apparatus encodes individual identity in sisorid catfishes This repository contains the data, analysis code, and figure-reproduction scripts associated with the study Adhesive apparatus encodes individual identity in sisorid catfishes. Reproducing the figures The figures can be reproduced in RStudio: Open adhesive_identity.Rproj. Install the recorded R package versions using source("environment/setup_R.R"), then restart RStudio. Run individual figure scripts or reproduce all figures: source("figure_1.R") # Reproduce Figure 1 source("run_all_figures.R") # Reproduce all figures The repository includes scripts for 3 main figures and 8 supplementary figures. Each script reads its corresponding inputs from figure_data/ and saves reproduced figures as PDF and 600-dpi PNG files in results/. The analyses were conducted using R 4.4.2, with package versions recorded in renv.lock. Figure reproduction does not require downloading neural-network models.
