Gene expression changes of o-anisidine hydrochloride-induced in renal cortex of rats

This study is to develop a short term and highly accurate prediction method of renal carcinogenicity based on gene expression profile of rats administrated by carcinogens. We conducted 28 days-repeated dose experiments in male SD rats with o-anisidine hydrochloride, and the gene expression profiles of renal cortex were analyzed using custom microarrays.本研究旨在开发一种基于致癌物染毒大鼠基因表达谱（gene expression profile）的短期、高精度肾脏致癌性（renal carcinogenicity）预测方法。我们以邻氨基苯甲醚盐酸盐（o-anisidine hydrochloride）对雄性SD大鼠开展28天重复染毒实验，并采用定制微阵列芯片（custom microarrays）分析其肾皮质的基因表达谱。
