The role of intestinal mucosal colonizing bacteria in the distribution and severity of ulcerative colitis

By collecting intestinal mucosal specimens of patients with segmental ulcerative colitis at different lesions and comparing them with healthy intestinal mucosal tissues, the characteristics of local colonization of intestinal flora and its relationship with lesions were studied.At the same time, the correlation between clinical indicators and intestinal flora changes was evaluated.The aim is to find out the special flora related to the distribution and degree of lesions, as well as the clinical sensitive indicators that can indicate their changes, so as to provide theoretical basis for the individual diagnosis and treatment of clinical patients.More importantly, we hope to find bacteria with special therapeutic significance, provide a new method for the treatment of intestinal microecology, and improve the "packaged" mode of fecal bacteria transplantation into the "ordering style".
