Significant changes of the composition, functional properties, and biocontrol activity in endophytic bacteria between seeds and germinated seeds of four vegetables families

The objective of this study was to compare the bacterial communities present in seeds (before germination) and germinated seeds(a few days after germination) of vegetables from different plant families, Also, how bacteria changed in seeds and germinated seeds are also studied.
