ChIPseq analysis of histone H3 epigenetic modification - K27ac - chromatin binding in activated CD4+ T cells Overall design: 3 women, CD4 cells from PBMC isolated by positive selection on Dynabeads (cat.11331D), ConA+LPS for 48h, pooled from 3 samples. Treated with YM155 for last 24h. ChIPseq using anti-histone H3 antibodies (0.5 microg/ml, H3K27ac - C15410196-10, Diagenode). DNA purified by the EpiTect ChIP OneDay kit (Qiagen).
