Property Assessment (VUR)

Property Assessment (VUR) is the property valuation part of the ESR system. Vur contains the public property and land valuations. The general property valuation was suspended from 2013 onwards, so that no ordinary assessments have since been made in VUR. However, annual revaluations are still carried out in VUR, in a number of cases where a property changes or changes use.物业评估（Property Assessment，VUR）是ESR系统的物业估值模块。VUR涵盖公共物业及土地估值业务。普通物业估值业务自2013年起暂停，自此VUR不再开展常规评估工作。不过，在物业发生变更或用途调整的若干场景中，VUR仍会执行年度重估值流程。
