数据集说明:本数据集针对每个研究站点,提供三类文件,用于存储炭屑分析程序CharAnalysis(详见正文“方法”部分)运行所需的原始输入数据、所用参数文件以及分析输出结果。文件名前缀为站点代码:LI代表Little Isac(利特尔艾萨克)、PO代表Poktovik(波克托维克)、RA代表Raven(雷文)、UC代表Uchugrak(乌丘格拉克)。
由于火灾复发间隔与平滑火频的计算是在CharAnalysis程序外部完成的,并未反映*_charParams.csv文件中指定的时间区间,因此*_charResults.csv文件中包含了上述两类计算的相关数据。
缺失值标记规则:在*_charParams.csv文件中使用-9999表示缺失值,在*_charResults.csv文件中使用NaN表示缺失值。
### 07_charData.csv(原始输入数据)
该文件包含以下按列排列的原始数据:
1. cmTop:样品顶部深度(单位:厘米)
