Pacbio genome sequencing of the African weakly electric fish was performed and assembed with Hifiasm assembler. whole genome of the Campylomormyrus compressirostris

Here we submit a high-quality genome for the African weakly electric fish (Campylomormyrus compressirostris). The genome was sequenced with Pacbio technology in a circular consensus sequencing (CCS) mode. The generated genome size is around 862 mb with 1,497 scaffold. The complete Buscos is 94.6%.
