Results of the National Training Plan organised by ANOFM for October 2019

The National Employment Agency prepares annually the National Vocational Training Plan, taking into account the powers conferred by law. The principles underlying the elaboration of the National Vocational Training Plan are in line with the strategic objectives of the European Union towards Europe 2020 — A European strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth and the European Employment Strategy. The data represents: Number of courses — The total number of courses organised by AJOFM/AMOFM at county/municipal level, from the beginning of the year to the end of the reporting month Number of persons benefiting from free training/assessment — Number of persons registered with employment agencies who benefited, free of charge, from the provisions of Law 76/2002, from the beginning of the year to the end of the reporting month Number of unemployed included in courses — Total number of unemployed persons who benefited, free of charge, from the provisions of Law 76/2002, from the beginning of the year to the end of the reporting month Number of beneficiaries of free vocational training services, other than unemployed — Total number of persons registered with employment agencies who benefited, free of charge, from professional training services other than unemployed, according to the provisions of Law 76/2002, from the beginning of the year to the end of the reporting month Number of beneficiaries of free assessment and certification services — Total number of persons registered with employment agencies who benefited, free of charge, from assessment and certification of competences, according to the provisions of Law 76/2002, from the beginning of the year to the end of the reporting month Number of apprenticeship and conventions contracts — Total number of apprenticeship contracts and conventions concluded, according to the provisions of Law 279/2005, from the beginning of the year to the end of the reporting period国家就业局每年依据法律赋予的职权编制《国家职业培训计划》。该计划的编制原则契合欧盟欧洲2020战略——《智能、可持续与包容性增长》以及欧盟就业战略的战略目标。 本数据集涵盖以下指标： 1. 课程数量：本年度截至报告月末，由AJOFM/AMOFM在县、市级层面组织的课程总数量； 2. 免费培训/评估受益人数：本年度截至报告月末，在就业服务机构登记且依据2002年第76号法律免费享受相关服务的人员总数量； 3. 参与培训的失业人员数量：本年度截至报告月末，免费享受2002年第76号法律规定服务的失业人员总数量； 4. 非失业群体免费职业培训服务受益人数：本年度截至报告月末，在就业服务机构登记且依据2002年第76号法律规定，免费享受非面向失业群体的职业培训服务的人员总数量； 5. 免费评估与认证服务受益人数：本年度截至报告月末，在就业服务机构登记且依据2002年第76号法律规定，免费享受职业能力评估与认证服务的人员总数量； 6. 学徒制合同与协议数量：本年度截至报告期末，依据2005年第279号法律签订的学徒制合同与协议总数量。
