This dataset records project categories, total investment, construction scale, per-mu investment (state-allocated per-mu investment), per-mu labor input investment, and funding sources including state investment, self-raised funds, and labor-converted funds, which are extracted from the investment budget and funding source table of the grassland construction project under the sandstorm source control program in the 2001 progress statistics of sandstorm source control projects for Fengning, a model county of the Beijing-Tianjin Sandstorm Source Control Project. Fengning Manchu Autonomous County of Hebei Province is a typical county under this project, and the famous "Tianmo", currently the closest desert to Beijing, is situated in its southeastern region.
