Figshare: This is a questionnaire-based survey that illustrates the consumption of Dietary and Herbal Supplements during COVID-19 pandemic among indigenous Nigerians (Holdbrooke and Afolabi, 2021). Male and female respondents were aged 18 years and above. Data harvested from the participants were entered into Excel sheet titled Covid_Supplement_Use xlxs Data are available under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC-BY 4.0).<br>
