Dataset, R code and PRIMER file for: An autonomous imaging system for reef fish monitoring in the southern Gulf of Mexico

This dataset accompanies the manuscript “An autonomous imaging system for reef fish monitoring in the southern Gulf of Mexico”, submitted to Frontiers in Marine Science. It contains all data and scripts required to reproduce the main figures presented in the article. The dataset includes: metadata2.csv: relevant metadata of all images. sampled.csv: relevant metadata of images sampled with cam2model. annotated.csv: raw data of fish annotated in each sampled image. sharpness.csv: Laplacian variance and quality of all sampled images. figures_Rcode.R: R script used to generate: Figure 2 Figure 3 Figure 4 Figure 5 Figure supplementary 1 multivariate_Bajo10.pwk: Workspace file for PRIMER v7 + PERMANOVA+, used to conduct multivariate analyses and generate: ANOSIM results Figure 6 Figure 7
