It brings together a main work record layer, a related labor detail layer, and a related equipment use table to document time worked, locations, categories of work, pay types, and cost totals. Feature Layers and Tables FALE_for_Esri records employee work entries with submission details, employee information, work dates, equipment use indicators, hours worked, and daily cost estimates. labor_details stores related labor records with work performed, FEMA category of work, work location, start and end times, hours and pay allocations, and detailed labor cost calculations. equipment_used_repeat stores related equipment records with equipment identification, description, FEMA cost code, hours used, and equipment cost calculations. Purpose The service provides a structured operational record of labor and equipment usage for day-to-day work tracking and cost accounting. The data supports documentation of work performed by employee, agency, location, and activity category, including detailed pay and cost breakdowns that can be used for reporting and reimbursement workflows. Geographic Coverage The service uses a global geographic extent and is available for web and desktop GIS applications that consume hosted ArcGIS feature services.
