2018年青岛农业大学教学科研基地光源颜色和光照强度对笼养白羽肉鸡影响数据集

为研究光源颜色和光照强度对笼养白羽肉鸡的影响。选用648只1日龄科宝肉鸡，随机分为9组，每组6个重复，每个重复12只鸡。分别于试验的第1天、7天、42天早晨 8：00 喂料前以重复为单位称空腹体重，测定生长性能指标。分别于试验的第42天每重复随机取一只鸡，翅静脉采血后屠宰，测定血清免疫、血清生化、血清激素和血清抗氧化指标。于试验第35天，每组每重复取1只接近平均体重的鸡饲养于代谢笼内，采用全收粪法进行代谢试验，测定饲粮养分表观利用率。

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of light color and light intensity on caged white-feathered broilers. A total of 648 one-day-old Cobb broilers were selected and randomly assigned into 9 groups, with 6 replicates per group and 12 chickens per replicate. On day 1, day 7 and day 42 of the trial, at 8:00 AM prior to feeding, the fasted body weight of each replicate was measured to determine growth performance indicators. On day 42 of the trial, one chicken was randomly selected from each replicate, blood was collected from the wing vein, then the chicken was slaughtered, and serum immune, serum biochemical, serum hormone and serum antioxidant indices were measured. On day 35 of the trial, one chicken with a body weight close to the average was selected from each replicate of each group, housed in metabolic cages, and a metabolism trial was carried out using the total fecal collection method to measure the apparent nutrient utilization rate of the diet.
