發布實施「變更臺中市都市計畫主要計畫(不包括大坑風景區)(部分農業區為乙種工業區)案」暨「擬定臺中市都市計畫【乙種工業區(供聯好環保股份有限公司使用)】細部計畫案」都市計畫書、圖，並自106年3月28日零時起生效。

The case of amending the Master Urban Planning Plan of Taichung City (excluding Dakeng Scenic Area, with part of its agricultural areas designated as Type B Industrial Zones) and the case of formulating the Detailed Urban Planning Plan for the Type B Industrial Zone (for the use of Lianhao Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.) of Taichung City have been promulgated and implemented, together with the corresponding urban planning documents and maps, which shall take effect at 00:00 on March 28, the 106th year of the Republic of China.
