Supporting dataset for the following study:Anaemia interventions for women of reproductive age: estimated unit costs in 193 countries.<b>Methods: </b>A micro-costing approach was used to estimate unit costs (per recipient per year) for six anaemia prevention and treatment interventions in 193 countries using data from secondary sources. A healthcare sector perspective and 1-year timeframe were adopted. Cost categories for each intervention included the commodity, supply chain, service delivery and administrative program costs. Impacts of parameter uncertainty were explored in deterministic sensitivity analyses.
