Supporting data and R script for: Predictors of COVID-19 epidemics in countries of the World Health Organisation African Region

Raw data: raw data for COVID-19 cases and deaths, and a set of predictors from the data source (Supplementary table 1).<br>R data: cleaned version of data sets based on the raw data.<br>R script: R codes used to clean data, fit models, and generate figures and tables in the study.<br><br>
