本数据集涵盖以下三类数据：一是2004年实验站点内，主要刮食性鱼类科——鹦嘴鱼科（Scaridae）、主要捕食性鱼类科——鳞鲀科（Balistidae）的生物量，以及所有受试鱼类的生物量；二是2004年本实验中封控礁与捕捞礁研究样地内常见海胆的生物量；三是用于比较各站点间生物量差异的单因素方差分析（one-way ANOVA）结果。
