IGBT_DF DataSet主要面向边缘侧设备工艺参数分析研究、牵引系统IGBT板面涂胶异物检测技术需求建设，基于北京纵横机电有限公司的牵引系统IGBT板面涂胶工业视觉检测设备产生，主要记录了IGBT板面异物信息与涂胶质量等观测值，记录形式为图像数据。
The IGBT_DF Dataset is developed to meet the research needs of edge-side equipment process parameter analysis and the technical requirements for foreign matter detection in glue coating on IGBT board surfaces of traction systems. It is generated from the industrial vision inspection equipment for glue coating on traction system IGBT board surfaces provided by Beijing Zongheng Electromechanical Co., Ltd. The dataset mainly records observation values including foreign matter information on IGBT board surfaces and glue coating quality, with all data stored in the form of image data.
