The Water Framework Directive (WFD) sets out the basic principles for sustainable water policy. Its purpose is to establish a framework for the protection of inland surface waters, transitional waters, coastal waters and groundwater. The WFD aims to achieve good water status.The body of water is the elementary territorial division of aquatic environments intended to be the evaluation unit of the WFD.This data concerns the Master Plan for Water Management 2016-2021 (SDAGE) of the Seine Normandy Basin. It provides for all water bodies in the basin the status of the water body and the objectives assigned to it in the SDAGE 2016-2021《水框架指令（Water Framework Directive, WFD）》确立了可持续水政策的基本原则，其宗旨是构建覆盖内陆地表水、过渡水域、沿海水域与地下水的保护框架，致力于实现良好水体状态。水体是水生环境的基本地域分区，同时也是《水框架指令》规定的评估单元。本数据集涉及塞纳-诺曼底流域的《2016-2021年水资源管理总体规划（Master Plan for Water Management 2016-2021, SDAGE）》，该规划针对流域内所有水体，明确了各水体的现状状态以及该总体规划为其设定的相关目标。
