This dataset contains:
Ultra-deep sequencing data using the Duplex sequencing technology of:
1.) SeraSeq cfDNA reference materials with spike-in variants with allele frequencies from 0% to 5%
2.) One cfDNA sample from a CRC patient
3.) One cfDNA sample from a patient with asymmetric overgrowth
Paired-end sequencing was performed with 2x151 bp reads on the NextSeq 500 system. Data is provided as mapped .bam files (aligned to GRCh38/hg38).EGA dataset EGAD00001009784
