The amount of the average annual rent payment by way of permanent use of agricultural land for land in the municipalities in the territory of Blagoevgrad Province in BGN/decare for the previous business year due for the next business year shall be calculated on the basis of more than half of the contracts entered in the Registry Office and registered with the Municipal Agricultural Offices, in accordance with §2f of the Additional Provisions of the Law on Ownership and Use of Agricultural Land.为下一个营业年度应缴的、以永久使用布拉戈耶夫格勒州境内各市镇农业土地为用途的上一营业年度年度平均租金（单位：保加利亚列弗（BGN）/十公亩（decare）），应按照《农业土地所有权与使用法》附加条款第2f条的规定，以超过半数已在登记处备案并完成市级农业办公室登记的合同为依据进行计算。
