Pollutants are widely detected across a wide range of organisms and pose a great threat to the biodiversity. Revealing the chemical exposome of wildlife is fundamental to assess the real risk of environmental pollution to organisms. This database compiled the levels of multi-chemical pollutants in multi-species from 310 literatures. The database is comprised of four files which provide concentrations of pollutant, species, pollutants, and the data source, respectively. A total of 55297 records on the levels of pollutants in organisms with detailed sampling time and location are available and are still being updated. 559 pollutants detected in 778 species distributed with detailed location across China within these 20 years is included in the database. This database provides a comprehensive understanding of the pollutant contents in various organisms across China. It can facilitate the understanding on the chemical exposome of wildlife and help to assess the risk of environmental pollution on the species survival and thus biodiversity.
