User Survey in Odense 1995: Nursing Home Residents

The purpose of this survey is to ensure that the help and assistance offered by Odense municipality to its citizens is of the best possible quality. The care and nursing department of the municipality sent out questionnaires to all nursing home residents in February 1995. The residents were asked to assess the help and assistance in a number of fields. # At the same time questionnaires were sent to the staff groups, and the groups were asked to assess how they expected that the users would answer the questions. This part-survey is not included in this data material本调研旨在保障欧登塞市（Odense municipality）为市民提供的帮扶与援助服务达到最高质量水准。该市护理与照护部门于1995年2月向所有养老院入住者发放调查问卷，邀请受访者对多领域的帮扶援助服务进行评价。与此同时，调研团队还向各工作人员团队发放了问卷，要求其预估服务使用者对问卷问题的作答情况。此部分调研内容未纳入本次数据集。
