中国油脂含量在40%以上的藻株测试数据

本数据集针对中国全境，收集了2012-2017年油脂含量在40%以上藻株编号、中文名、拉丁名、所属门、所属属、采集地、经纬度、油脂含量、生长特性、CO2利用效率、油脂种类、脂肪酸成分等数据。数据以单株藻株为基本单元，总共包含56条记录。数据主要是通过对不同类型样品采集，分离、纯化、鉴定其中微藻，分析微藻油脂含量或产油能力，筛选油脂含量在40%以上的藻株进行生长特性、CO2利用效率、油脂种类、脂肪酸成分分析综合而成。数据集采用完全开放共享。

This dataset covers the entire territory of China, and collects data including strain number, Chinese common name, Latin scientific name, affiliated phylum, affiliated genus, collection location, latitude and longitude, oil content, growth characteristics, CO2 utilization efficiency, oil types, and fatty acid composition for algal strains with oil content exceeding 40% between 2012 and 2017. Taking individual algal strain as the basic unit, this dataset contains a total of 56 records. The data was primarily compiled through collecting various types of samples, isolating, purifying and identifying the microalgae contained in the samples, analyzing the oil content or oil-producing capacity of the microalgae, screening out algal strains with oil content exceeding 40%, and conducting comprehensive analyses on their growth characteristics, CO2 utilization efficiency, oil types and fatty acid composition. This dataset is fully open and freely shareable.
