XPlanung dataset BPL “Fallberg (2nd change)”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Fallberg (2nd amendment)” of the municipality Grenzach-Wyhlen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Change development, industrial area is partly changed into industrial area.开发规划（Development Plan，缩写BPL）包含具有法律约束力的城市规划规程相关规定。原则上，开发规划需依托土地利用规划编制完成。本次可用数据集为格伦扎赫-维伦（Grenzach-Wyhlen）市采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的《法尔贝格（第二次修订版）》开发规划。数据说明：本次开发变更事项为部分工业区调整为工业区。
